In my previous post the other day, I talked about how my Casio EX-Z1000 was gone in Hong Kong on Christmas. So this Sunday afternoon I bought a new camera, Canon IXUS 960IS, which is easy and more convenient to carry with when needed (compared to the DSLR).

Canon IXUS 960IS is also named IXY 2000 IS, or SD950IS. How come so complicated? I need to find time to read its manual.

I was planning to buy Canon PowerShot G9, but finally I chose a pocket-sized and lighter one.

It's not surprising to know that the price of Nikon D40X went down again, but I still couldn't imagine the current price is only half of that I paid for last May- the time I bought it. And the Canon 960IS is almost as expensive as an old type of DSLR. But very soon, the price might go down again when a new model is released in the market.

We are so lucky to live in the digital world where technology keeps advancing every day. Yet, aren't we becoming greedy too?
